What is different about RTT® Hypnotherapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® harnesses many positive aspects of traditional hypnotherapy techniques that are well tested to produce transformative effects on clients. While using trance and hypnotic conditioning RTT® goes further by diagnosing specific client needs and building a new therapeutic approach that doesn't rely solely on positive reinforcement.
RTT® therapists reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to access the subconscious mind via altered language, NLP and self-talk. Your RTT® therapist is equipped with an array of techniques and tools that teach you how to communicate with your subconscious mind and then directly addressing and fixing blocks and unhelpful deep-rooted beliefs. Will I lose control when I am hypnotised?
Being in hypnosis is like being very relaxed. People go in and out of this hypnotic state throughout the day naturally. For example, when you have just woken up in the morning or you are engrossed in a good film.
Alpha brainwaves are present in deep relaxation when your eyes are usually closed. It is the best time to programme your mind for success and heightens your memory, visualization and concentration. You are completely in control in this state and can come out of hypnosis, if you need to, anytime you choose.

How long will it take me to notice results?
RTT works in between one and three sessions. You will need to listen to your bespoke recording every day
for 21 days after each session.
People change in three ways. Spontaneously, cumulatively and retroactively
so you may notice a change instantly, or gradually as you are listening to the recording or when you look back at the end of the 21 days you will notice the change.

What is involved in being a client with Flow Freely Hypnotherapy?
The first step is a free of charge discovery call where I can find out what the issue is and start to work out your desired outcome. After that we will book a hypnotherapy session that will last between 1 and 2 hours. During or shortly after the session you will be given a bespoke recording which will
include what you need to hear and you will go away and listen to this recording for 21 days.
I will check in with you after a week, 2 weeks and then a final check in after 21 days. You are free to call in between these check-ins if you have any queries. At this time, we will determine whether you need to proceed with another session or if the issue is resolved.

How is RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) different?
RTT offers permanent and fast transformation by often exploring 3 or more scenes, investigating and
identifying the root cause of an issue before moving on to interrupt that belief and finally install new beliefs. There are several different tools that are used during the session and the approach combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Programming and neuroscience.
